I was delighted to be featured in an article last month in the Omak published magazine The Good Life, an arts and lifestyle magazine focused on Northcentral Washington.
It is getting cold here in the valley and I am hard at work making work to bring to the upcoming holiday markets. Like they say in the article, I’ve been experimenting with slab work making trays and dishes with stenciled images or leaf impressions. It seems an simple thing but there is so much to learn. Clay is never easy, but that challenge is part of the fun!
